IT & Process Transformations

The focus of this semester is on a medium- to large-sized organisation. During this semester you will learn how to systematically analyse organisational processes and advise how these processes can be optimised. You work on subjects such as stakeholder-, process- and requirements analysis. You use data to substantiate your decisions and to monitor the processes. You design and realise a low code solution and document how this can be implemented taking into account both the technical as the human aspects needed to achieve the change.

During the semester you work on an individual project as well as on a group project for one of the partners in education. Besides the projects you can expand your knowledge by working on explorations that challenge your skills level. Coaches will provide workshops on the different subjects related to the content as well as on professional skills. You improve your knowledge and professional attitude by getting feedback from coaches and peers.

The topic fits well in the Business Intelligence & Data or the Business IT & Management specialisation. It is a logical follow-up for the AI Basics and Process Data in Organisations introduction topics, but it is also a good addition to any other specialisation to extend your knowledge on process optimisation.
