Pre-Master Jheronimus Academy of Data Science

This semester offers the pre-Master for the Master Data Science Business and Enterpreneurship of the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science (JADS) in 's-Hertogenbosch. The main benefit for you is that you can immediately start the Master Data Science Business and Enterpreneurship at JADS after your Bachelor graduation at Fontys.

The 30 credits pre-Master is offered once a year (starting in February). It contains five courses at JADS about the following subjects.

• Programming
• Data-structures and Algorithms
• Introduction to Machine Learning
• Foundations of Databases
• Modelling

You are admitted to this pre-Master when all the following requirements are fulfilled.

• You have a letter of motivation as well as a letter of recommendation of your assessor or semester coach
• You must have excellent grades for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th semester (at least S-G-O-O or G-G-G-O in any order)
• You have VWO Mathematics B level or equivalent international secondary education. Check your country high school diploma via https://isced.uis.unesco.org/data-mapping. Your diploma must be level 3. Alternatively, you have aquired VWO Mathematics B level by completing 2DL00 Calculus course at the TU/e
• The pre-Master coordinator has given a positive advice

Besides enrolling for a pre-Master in the Fontys administrative systems (ProgressWWW), you have to be enrolled at JADS as well. Enrollment for JADS is executed by the pre-Master coordinator, Georgiana Manolache. Contact her in an early stage to ensure a smooth study plan
